WORK EXPERIANCES

 

As a pharmacist with a passion for marketing, transitioning to a career in this field was a natural fit.

In 2016-2017, I joined Johnson & Johnson as an intern in their marketing department, specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. Following my graduation, I began working in the sales field at Bioderma, where I honed my skills in customer relations and sales strategies.

From there, I took on a role at Kepler Agency as an account manager, where I continued to develop my expertise in marketing and client management. In recognition of my contributions to the company, I was promoted to senior account manager from 2018-2020.

Overall, my experience in the pharmaceutical industry, combined with my passion for marketing, has enabled me to excel in various roles within the field, from sales to account management. I look forward to continuing to grow and contribute to the industry in the future.

In 2020, I joined Andalusia KSA Group as the Marketing Account Section Head. In this role, I am responsible for overseeing the marketing accounts of the organization and ensuring that our marketing strategies align with our business goals.

My duties include developing and implementing marketing plans, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing data to identify trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize results. I also oversee a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure their success.

With my extensive background in marketing and account management, I am confident in my ability to lead this team and drive results for the organization. I am committed to staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that we are always delivering the most effective and innovative marketing solutions to our clients.

In 2021, I joined Al Rabat Group as the Marketing Head for Nasaaem Clinics. In this role, I am responsible for leading the marketing strategy and execution for the clinics, with the goal of increasing brand awareness, and patient engagement, and ultimately driving revenue growth.

My responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing plans, managing digital and traditional advertising campaigns, conducting market research and analysis, and overseeing the production of marketing materials. I also collaborate with internal stakeholders, including medical professionals and administrative staff, to ensure our marketing efforts align with our overall business goals.

In 2021, I rejoined Kepler Agency as the Head of the Digital Department, where I was responsible for leading the digital marketing strategy for our clients. In this role, I oversaw a team of digital marketing professionals, ensuring that we were delivering innovative and effective solutions to meet our client’s business objectives.

I was promoted to Digital Brand Performance Manager, where I am currently responsible for overseeing the digital branding efforts for our clients. In this role, I collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement brand performance strategies, monitor performance metrics and analyze data to continuously optimize results.

During my career journey, I also worked as a freelancer with several agencies as a media buyer, including Hive. In this role, I was responsible for identifying and negotiating media buys, managing campaigns, and optimizing performance to achieve the desired results for our clients.

In addition to my work as a media buyer, I have also collaborated with many content creators on various projects. This experience has provided me with a deep understanding of content creation, distribution, and promotion, which has been invaluable in my work as a marketer.

My experience as a freelancer has allowed me to work with a diverse range of clients and industries and has helped me to develop a versatile skill set that I can apply to any project. I am always seeking out new opportunities to expand my knowledge and expertise and to work with innovative companies and professionals who share my passion for marketing and media.
