I’m Eman Selim, founder of Blue Ad and a performance marketer of more than ten years. Over 100 brands across seven markets, in retail and e-commerce, property, furniture, beauty, food, education and healthcare, from Egypt and the Gulf to Europe, the UK and the USA.

How I got here
the short versionI started in a pharmacy. I ended up running ad budgets.
I never planned to leave pharmacy. Then I realised the part I liked most about medicine was explaining it to people.
So I learned marketing properly, medical sales at Bioderma, account management at Kepler Agency, Marketing Account Section Head for Andalusia in Saudi Arabia, then Marketing Head for Nasaaem Clinics. I ran Kepler’s digital department until 2020, then left to build my own.
In 2020 I founded Blue Ad, my own performance marketing agency, and in 2026 I added AlCreative, an educational platform teaching the same craft to marketers who want to run it themselves.
That route matters for one reason: I learn what you sell before I spend a pound on selling it. Furniture, fashion, property, food, courses, cosmetics, clinics; the product changes, the discipline doesn’t. A background in something technical just means nothing frightens me.
